Pneumatic platform with “shaking” movement
The loading basket is moved pneumatically with a vertical shaking system. This movement amplifies the ultrasound action and helps remove impurities even from hard-to-reach areas.
Side transducers for simplified maintenance
The 40 kHz transducers are installed on the sides of the tank, not on the bottom. This technical choice:- Facilitates replacements;
- Reduces machine downtime;
- Improves the distribution of ultrasonic waves throughout the bath.
Control, safety and intelligent process management
