Professional cleaning in the industrial sector requires great attention in order to maintain high washing standards. How do you find the equipment that meets your needs? In this project, we helped a client create a custom parts washer to best meet their strategic needs.

The Client

The client is a company based in Brno that approached our distributor in the Czech Republic. This distributor specializes in the sale of detergents and tools for maintenance, repair, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, and resources. Recently, they have started focusing on medium and long-term rental services.

Their client was looking for a machine capable of washing various parts, from engine components and gears to general metalwork, often of medium and large sizes. Due to the different types of products handled, the challenge was to find the optimal solution in a single washing station.

The Objective

The client's goal was to optimize their operations with a product that is easy to use yet highly digitalized in selecting the temperature and washing time, thereby speeding up the cleaning process.

The client specifically wanted a solution to reduce processing times: a simple system that, as a key link in the production chain, would speed up and standardize the washing of these materials. Therefore, we designed a user-friendly technology to meet these needs.

The Solution

After analyzing the company's key aspects, we identified a series of basic products to propose. We then determined that the Washer 1150 E Power model was the most suitable. From there, we began studying the appropriate modifications for customization.

We developed an advanced parts washer equipped with a pump with greater flow and pressure, and an upper washing arm attached to the lid with a flexible washing ramp. This configuration allows the machine to be placed next to another work station, facilitating the passage of the loading hoist. Additionally, we added wheels to ease maintenance and the replenishment of the water-based degreasing detergent supplied by our distributor.

The control panel was integrated with a timer, a programmable digital thermostat, and a start/stop button, allowing users to set times and temperatures for each process and start washing with a simple touch. 

Accelerated and Improved Washing Process

This solution provided the desired technical improvements while meeting the client's economic target. The company accelerated and improved its internal process washing system, thus facilitating productive growth.

The client was extremely satisfied with the final result. Customizing a strategic product requires detailed and targeted operations, but it can truly make a difference in terms of productivity. This intervention was highly appreciated, to the point where we can foresee future collaborations and the application of the same solutions to other clients.
